China is willing to take the initiative to open up its market further unilaterally, and has decided to grant zero tariff treatment to all the least developed countries that have established diplomatic relations with China, including 33 African countries, for 100 percent of their products, becoming the first major developing country and major economy in the world to implement this measure, and turning China's big market into a big opportunity for Africa. We will expand access to African agricultural products, deepen cooperation in e-commerce and other fields, and implement the China-Africa Quality Improvement Plan. China is ready to sign a framework agreement on economic partnership for common development with Africa to provide a long-term, stable and predictable institutional guarantee for China-Africa trade and investment.
