Secretary Shen Xiaoming said in his speech that the friendly exchanges between Hunan and Africa have a long history. In recent years, with the establishment of national platforms such as the China Africa Economic and Trade Expo and the China Africa Economic and Trade Deep Cooperation Pilot Zone, Hunan has become one of the most active provinces in China's economic and trade relations with Africa. This forum is jointly hosted by the External Relations Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. More than 200 officials, former officials, political parties, youth leaders, representatives of non-governmental organizations and think tanks from over 50 African countries attended the meeting. In this event, the presence of African youth can be seen everywhere. The Star Africa Zhiyuan International Education and Culture Center focuses on realizing the dreams of Central African youth and engages in exchanges with African youth from various countries on site.
Xingfei Zhiyuan conducted exchanges with five Nigerian international students studying in Beijing, Hebei, and Changsha respectively. Among them, Bei Shaocheng, a student majoring in Civil Engineering at Central South University, expressed that he has gained a lot from this China Africa Youth Forum and hopes to return to his homeland Nigeria to participate in national construction after achieving academic success. Nigeria is the most populous country in Africa and the second largest economy in Africa. We welcome more Chinese youth and entrepreneurs to come to Nigeria.
Mauritania: Xingfei Zhiyuan exchanged ideas with Mauritanian youth Basha. Basha is a first-year graduate student studying international Chinese language education at Beijing Foreign Studies University. He said that after returning from studying, there are plans to teach Chinese to local students in Mauritania. Basha is very fluent in Chinese and expresses her love for China through her words. "I studied in Beijing and have been to many Chinese cities. Today, I came to Changsha and I feel that Chinese cities are all very beautiful.
