On July 11th, Xingfei Zhiyuan International Education and Culture Center was invited to the Commerce Bureau of Xiangtan County to hold talks and exchanges with leaders such as Ye Lichi, Deputy County Mayor of Xiangtan County People's Government, Cai Jianfeng, Vice Chairman of Xiangtan County Political Consultative Conference and Director of County Commerce Bureau, and Chen Min, Deputy Director of Xiangtan Tianying Economic Cooperation Zone. Wang Quanhai, General Manager of Xingfei Zhiyuan International Education and Culture Center, and Zhou Qing, Deputy General Manager, attended the symposium.

Before the meeting, Xingfei watched the promotional video of Xiangtan County's image. The promotional video is titled "There is a Xiangtan County by the River" and slowly unfolds with the melodious "Liuyang River" as the background music. It vividly showcases the unique temperament of Xiangtan County, known as the "hometown of great men and the beautiful lotus town", from its natural scenery, historical culture, economic development, urban scenery, and people's lives.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Wang gave a detailed introduction. "We were founded in the context of the national" the Belt and Road "strategy and Hunan's permanent settlement as the China Africa Economic and Trade Fair. China's main stronghold is in Changsha, Hunan, and its overseas base is in Nairobi, Kenya. Our original intention was to provide practical services for Hunan enterprises that conduct business in Africa, including economic and trade docking, on-site inspections, talent supply, etc. We have established cooperative relationships with more than 100 universities in Central Africa and good cooperative relationships with more than 10 African countries. On January 12th this year, the State Council approved the Ministry of Commerce and the Hunan Provincial People's Government to designate Hunan as a pilot zone for deep economic and trade cooperation between China and Africa, which greatly strengthened the confidence of Hunan entrepreneurs. As a pioneer in the Central African industry, Xingfei has the obligation to work with the Hunan Provincial Government to assist more entrepreneurs in opening up a new track in Africa in the competitive environment of the industry.

Director Chen Liang of Xiangtan County E-commerce Public Service Center introduced the development of e-commerce in Xiangtan County. The development of e-commerce in Xiangtan County has made certain achievements nationwide, but there is still great room for progress in the field of cross-border e-commerce. Especially for non cross-border e-commerce, there is a lack of channels and flagship products. I hope to strengthen communication and cooperation with Xingfei, and establish a comprehensive cooperation mechanism after conducting a thorough investigation of the enterprise.

Chen Min, Deputy Director of the Economic Cooperation Bureau of Xiangtan Tianyi Jing Development Zone, gave a detailed introduction to the Tianyi Jing Development Zone. The industrial system represented by Tianyi Jing Kaiqu includes food, medicine, new materials, advanced equipment, and modern service industries. It has contributed 60% of the scale enterprises, 70% of the tax revenue, 80% of the fixed assets investment and 90% of the new jobs. Chen Ju stated that we have a responsibility and obligation to help enterprises go global, and we also welcome African enterprises to come to the Economic Development Zone to conduct business.

Cai Jianfeng, Vice Chairman of the Xiangtan County Political Consultative Conference and Director of the County Commerce Bureau, highly recognizes the work of Xingfei Zhiyuan and hopes that Xingfei can continue to empower entrepreneurs in Xiangtan County in the future, accelerate the pace of Xiangtan County's enterprises going global and entering Africa.

This symposium has yielded a lot. Through this symposium, we not only gained a deep and comprehensive understanding of the current development status of industries in Xiangtan County, but also gained a more genuine understanding and feeling of the Xiangtan County government towards Xingfei Zhiyuan and the development of Sino African economic and trade. It is worth mentioning that Xingfei Zhiyuan introduced a foreign-funded company to the Tianyi Jing Development Zone in Xiangtan on site. At the same time, at the request of the Xiangtan County Government, both sides will jointly hold a China Africa economic and trade lecture and Q&A session for Xiangtan entrepreneurs.
