一、Introduction of HUT
Hunan University of Technology is a comprehensive university with over 60 years of educational history, characterized by packaging education. It is the first member unit in China to be accepted by the International Packaging Association (IAPRI), the director unit of the Packaging Education Committee of the China Packaging Federation, and the only vice president unit of the China Packaging Federation and the China Packaging Technology Training Center among universities in China. In 1995, as one of the first pilot universities, the school was the first to pass the qualification evaluation of undergraduate teaching work by the former National Education Commission. In 2003, it was approved by the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council as a master's degree granting unit. In 2008, it was rated as an excellent university in the evaluation of undergraduate teaching work level by the Ministry of Education. In 2009, it obtained the qualification for recruiting foreign students. In 2010, it passed the quality evaluation of the master's degree training process with excellent results. In 2013, it was awarded the "Top 50 Universities with Typical Employment Experience for Graduates". At the end of 2013, it was granted the enrollment right to serve the national special needs doctoral talent training project. In 2014, it began to recruit doctoral students. Ⅰ. Application Categories, Enrollment Quota and Duration
1. full-time undergraduates who major in Chinese Language from a Belt&Road partner country, aged 18 years or above and no more than 45. Non-Chinese citizens, in good physical and mental conditions to perform successfully in an academic program in a foreign country.

Ⅱ. Scholarship Coverage and Standards, Cost for self-funded.
1. Scholarship recipients enjoy a full scholarship of 15,000 RMB/ academic year that covers registration, tuition, basic textbooks, accommodation and comprehensive insurance.

1、 Project Introduction
All undergraduate majors at Hunan University of Technology are open to international students and are taught in Chinese (except for the Japanese major, which is taught in both Chinese and Japanese). Applicants are required to provide an HSK4 certificate. If they fail to meet the language requirements, they must first study for one year in language and can directly enter the major after passing the language proficiency test. The list of majors for enrollment can be found in Attachment 3. The undergraduate program generally lasts for 4 years.
2、 Application conditions
1）. Non Chinese citizens who are over 18 years old, under 25 years old, physically and mentally healthy, holding a valid foreign ordinary passport, and applicants under 18 years old must provide proof of guardianship.
2）. Graduated from high school or with equivalent academic qualifications.

3）. Language proficiency
Individuals with a Chinese proficiency level of HSK Level 3 can prioritize applying for the Hunan Provincial Scholarship for International Students in China and the Hunan University of Technology Scholarship for International Students in China in their first academic year. Those who do not meet the language standards need to increase their language learning by one year and obtain HSK level 3 to successfully enter the undergraduate stage of study.
4、 Scholarships and Fees
1）. Hunan Province Scholarship for International Students in China
The Hunan Provincial Scholarship for International Students in China is funded and established by the Hunan Provincial People's Government to encourage foreign students to study and pursue further education in higher education institutions in our province. During the study period, the school comprehensively evaluates the applicants based on their learning and performance. Undergraduate students are awarded 15000 yuan per year, and those who meet the requirements can apply continuously.
2）. Hunan University of Technology Scholarship for International Students Studying in China
The school has established a special scholarship for international students studying in China, which is used to reward international students who have outstanding academic achievements and social activities, and can be used to reduce tuition and accommodation fees.
3）. Tuition Standards
(1) Tuition fee: 12000 yuan/person/academic year (approximately 1800 US dollars/year);
(2) Application fee: 300 yuan/person;

Chinese proficiency must reach the latest version of HSK Level 3 or above;
(5) Health certificate within 6 months. Download the Foreigner Physical Examination Form and go to a local reputable hospital to complete the examination. The medical examination form must be filled out in Chinese or English and stamped with the hospital's official seal at the photo location;
(6) Certificate of No Criminal Record;

6、 Admission and Notification
The results of school scholarships and self funded student admissions: The admission list will be announced before August 1st, and the "Admission Notice" and "Application Form for Foreign Students' Visa to China" (JW202) will be issued to applicants before August 10th. 1、 Project Introduction
This project adheres to the principle of cultivating virtue and talent, aiming to cultivate international talents who possess in-depth professional knowledge and independent scientific research and innovation capabilities. All master's programs are open to international students and are taught in Chinese. Please refer to Attachment 3 for the list of enrollment majors. The general duration of education is 2-3 years.
2、 Application conditions
1. Non Chinese citizens who are over 18 years old, under 35 years old, physically and mentally healthy, holding a valid foreign ordinary passport, and applicants under 18 years old must provide proof of guardianship.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualifications.
Note: According to the Chinese Ministry of Education's Jiao Wai Han [2020] No. 12 document, if both or one of the parents are Chinese citizens and reside in a foreign country, and the individual is born with foreign nationality or immigrates from China to a foreign country, they do not have Chinese nationality.
