On July 26, 2024, Xingfei Zhiyuan International Education and Culture Center went to Hubei to visit the China Africa Innovation Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Director Xu Baowen and other leaders of the China Africa Innovation Cooperation Center received the visit, and Wang Quanhai, General Manager of Xingfei Zhiyuan International Education and Culture Center, and Zhou Qing, Deputy General Manager, participated in the visit.

Director Xu first warmly welcomed the arrival of Xingfei Zhiyuan, and introduced that, "In 2018, General Secretary Xi proposed at the Beijing summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation of the Forum on China Africa Cooperation to establish a China Africa innovation cooperation center aimed at promoting youth innovation and entrepreneurship cooperation, which was also written in the Forum on China Africa Cooperation - Beijing Action Plan (2019-2021). The Ministry of Science and Technology of China and the People's Government of Hubei Province launched the construction of a China Africa innovation cooperation center in May 2020. Since its establishment, we have insisted on consolidating the foundation of people to people and cultural exchanges between China and Africa, building a bridge between China and Africa youth entrepreneurship, providing scientific and technological support for China Africa production capacity cooperation, opening up channels for China Africa innovation and scientific research cooperation, and building a China Africa technology transfer cooperation platform as the development goals of the center. Since its establishment, we have held international conferences such as the 2021 China Africa Innovation Cooperation Conference, the 2022 China Africa Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, the 2023 China Africa Innovation Cooperation and Development Forum, and the 2023 Second China Africa Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.

Mr. Wang expressed great honor for this visit and introduced, "We are a company from Hunan that focuses on youth education between China and Africa. Our domestic headquarters are in Changsha, Hunan, and our overseas headquarters are in Nairobi, Kenya. Currently, we have established strategic friendly relationships with more than 30 universities in Africa and more than 40 universities in Hunan Province. Hunan and Hubei have been close since ancient times and have developed and grown under the influence of Chu culture. Hunan is a leading area for deep economic and trade cooperation between China and Africa, and is the permanent settlement of the China Africa Economic and Trade Expo. The Hunan Provincial People's Government strongly supports Hunan enterprises to carry out economic and trade exchanges with Africa. At the same time, we focus on youth education between China and Africa, and are actively promoting projects such as African youth studying abroad and vocational education going abroad. I have learned that the China Africa Innovation Cooperation Center has held two China Africa Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competitions. I hope we can work together to set up a platform and perform well for more outstanding China Africa youth to showcase their technological talents.

Director Xu highly recognizes Xingfei's work. He stated that both sides can complement each other with high-quality resources and jointly organize activities such as the China Africa Economic and Trade Forum and the China Africa Youth Research Competition.

This exchange event marks the new alliance made by Xingfei Zhiyuan International Education and Culture Center in Hubei, and the exploration of a new channel for Xingfei Zhiyuan to realize the dreams of Chinese and African youth. In the future, Xingfei Zhiyuan will continue to maintain close contact with the China Africa Innovation Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and continue to empower young people in China and Africa in innovation and entrepreneurship.
