School profile

Hunan Technology and Business University is located in Changsha, a famous historical and cultural city, and was founded in 1949. She is a financial and economic university with distinctive characteristics, which is supported by economics, management, engineering, science, law, literature, art and other interdisciplinary subjects. She is a group of undergraduate enrollment universities in Hunan Province, an excellent university in undergraduate teaching level evaluation by the Ministry of Education, a doctoral degree awarding project construction unit, an application-oriented undergraduate university in the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" national integration of production and education development project, the first batch of top 100 "demonstration universities for deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform" in China, and the whole country.

The school has 21 secondary colleges, 76 undergraduate majors (including 3 Chinese-foreign cooperative undergraduate majors), 19 national first-class majors and 33 provincial first-class majors. There are nearly 500 teachers with senior titles, nearly 800 teachers with doctoral degrees, 9 academicians with intelligence introduction, 70 experts, scholars and outstanding entrepreneurs such as "Jieqing" and "Changjiang"; The team of "Green and Smart Management" and the team of teachers of "Introduction to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era" were selected as "Huang Danian-style teachers in national universities". (1) Apply for qualification

1. As of June 1, 2024, non-China citizens who are above the age of 18 (inclusive) and have good physical and mental health and good conduct.

2. Abide by the laws of China and the rules and regulations of the school, respect the customs and habits of China, and have excellent academic performance.

12. Applicants who are currently in China or have worked or studied in China are required to provide corresponding supporting materials. If there are other documents that can prove the applicant's academic ability and comprehensive quality, they can be submitted at the time of application.

 Students whose official language is not English must provide IELTS score of 5.5 or above, TOEFL score of 50 or above, or equivalent English proficiency certificate, or proof of English teaching in senior high school.

Our school will interview or re-examine applicants who have passed the preliminary examination. Those who fail the interview or re-examination will not be admitted.

Fourth, the charging standard

Registration fee: 500 yuan/person

Accommodation fee: double room: 3000 yuan/year; Quadruple room: 1500 yuan/year

Insurance premium: 800 yuan/person/year.

Tuition:

Master students: the tuition fee is 24,000 yuan/year.

Chinese language students: the tuition fee is 11,000 yuan/year.

V. Scholarships

Hunan provincial government provides scholarships for international students studying in China, with several outstanding students every year.

2. Scholarships for National Language Students along the Belt and Road in Hunan Province

The Hunan provincial government provides one-year scholarships for language advanced students in countries along the "Belt and Road".

3. Hunan Technology and Business University Scholarship for International Students in China

Hunan Technology and Business University provides scholarships for outstanding international students. According to the performance of each international student in school, language students and master students can get a maximum scholarship of 5,500 yuan and 16,800 yuan respectively.
