In order to deeply implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Second Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee，further strengthen the fundamental and strategic support position of education, and accelerate the construction of an education strong province with higher quality, stronger service capabilities, more fairness, and more sustainable development, our province made the decision of Hunan Provincial People's Government of Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China on accelerating the construction of a strong education province.

Regarding the seventh policy, the Hunan Provincial Party Committee is committed to deepening the reform and opening up of the education system. By introducing high-quality international educational resources, actively promoting high-level Sino foreign cooperative education projects, and committed to building a series of higher education institutions with international standards. This move aims to shape the brand of "studying abroad in Hunan and China", in order to attract outstanding young talents from around the world to further their studies in Hunan. In order to cultivate high-level talents with an international perspective, we will innovate the selection mechanism of public scholarship for studying abroad to support the construction of an international teaching team, and through this process, cultivate more high-level international talents. At the same time, we will deeply participate in the "the Belt and Road" initiative, establish an international cooperation relationship between industry, education, research and application, promote exchanges, and build a discussion platform for China Africa vocational education cooperation to promote the steady development of overseas cooperative school running projects.

The implementation of this policy is highly aligned with the development strategy of the XingFei Zhiyuan International Education and Culture Center, and is closely linked to the center's business scope. The support of policies provides a solid foundation and confidence for the development of the center, enabling the center to more firmly promotethe company's internationalization strategy and achieve sustainable development.
