With the establishment of China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo and China-Africa Economic and Trade Cooperation Pioneer Zone, two national platforms for economic and trade cooperation with Africa have been successively established, and the advantages of Hunan's platforms for Africa have been superimposed, creating favorable conditions for the high-quality development of non-cultural exchanges and trade in the future.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the "the belt and road initiative" initiative. Over the past 10 years, China and African countries have worked hand in hand to actively promote the high-quality joint construction of the "the belt and road initiative". The exchanges between the two sides in various fields have been deepened, the areas of cooperation have been continuously expanded, and new growth points of cooperation have emerged.

In accordance with the requirements of Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Modern Vocational Education System, we will deploy and implement the important projects and initiatives under the framework of "Building a Community of African Destiny" proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the Eighth Ministerial Conference of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, and work hand in hand with Hunan Engineering Vocational and Technical College to deepen cooperation and seek common development.

On October 26th, Xingfei Zhiyuan held a signing ceremony of strategic cooperation agreement with Hunan Engineering Vocational and Technical College. At the signing ceremony, Chairman Chen Jiangtao signed the Framework Agreement on International Technical Training and Service Cooperation with Chen Yixiang, member of the Party Committee and vice president of the College. This cooperation mainly focuses on the creation and output of international standard courses and empowers international vocational education exchanges.

Hunan Engineering Vocational and Technical College and Xingfei Zhiyuan jointly explore the cooperation mechanism under the mode of integration of production and education. Both schools and enterprises will adhere to complementary advantages, resource sharing and win-win cooperation, and cooperate for the realization of outstanding young people from Africa to study in China, study tour, training, employment and settlement. At the same time, in-depth research is carried out in the fields of vocational education standardization system, overseas technical training center construction, curriculum research and development, education and teaching docking, and humanistic spirit shaping. Further promote the sincere and meticulous cooperation mode between the two sides, deepen school-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education, and build a virtuous circle system of overseas high-quality teachers, technical training and personnel training.

We conducted a comprehensive and in-depth exchange and discussion on the specific implementation of the project, and discussed the details with the heads of the secondary colleges (8 colleges)

It was formerly known as Hunan Geological School, and was founded in 1958. Hunan Engineering Vocational and Technical College is a state-owned public full-time ordinary higher education institution registered by the Ministry of Education, approved by the Hunan Provincial People's Government and headed by the Hunan Provincial Department of Education.
